Applicants will not engage in any of the following:

• profanity
• nudity
• sexual gestures
• crowd surfing
• pulling audience members on stage
• flame throwing, pyrotechnics, use of explosives
• sponsorship of any political candidate or for-profit business

Applicants shall perform in a manner suitable for all ages, as all ages are invited to the Event. The applicant, and not Augusta Pride, its staff or representatives, shall be responsible for any liability, financial or otherwise, caused by the violation of the aforementioned conditions, including in the event that appropriate law enforcement authorities determine that these conditions have been violated.
